Card Machines

Payment terminals are configured under Management. The supplied guide documents support for Stripe and Dojo terminals.

Stripe reader options

• Wisepad 3: Bluetooth connection. Turn on the reader, enable Bluetooth and location services, approve permissions, search for the reader, and select Add Reader.
• WisePOS E: Wi‑Fi connection. The station and reader must be on the same local network/internet connection. For an unregistered reader, choose New Reader and enter its Registration Code.
• NFC Payment: requires the relevant NFC, location, and device permissions before it can be added.

WisePOS E registration code

1. Open WisePOS E settings.
2. Swipe the screen to the right.
3. Enter the password 07139.
4. Select Registration Code.
5. Enter the displayed code in GrubPOS and select Register.

Dojo

After selecting Dojo, GrubPOS displays the Dojo devices available on the configured service account. Select a device to add it. A configured terminal can also be selected and set as the default device.
